Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n IT Systemadministrator:in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Paderborn mit der Möglichkeit remote nach hybridem Arbeitsmodell zu arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

Du verwaltest selbstständig unsere Windows Server und Clients sowie Active-Directory und MS Office 365 Tenants.
Du konfigurierst und richtest unsere Netzwerkinfrastruktur ein.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Einrichtung, Installation und Administration von Hard- und Software, Telefonie und Mobile Devices sowie für die Verwaltung von dazugehörigen Verträgen und Software-Lizenzen.
Du gewährleistest die Sicherheit unserer System- und Datensicherheit durch Cybersecurity-Maßnahmen.
Du unterstützt aktiv in der Konfiguration und Wartung von ERP-Systemen und unserem CRM-System Salesforce.
Mit deiner strukturierten Art dokumentierst du Prozesse und erstellst User-Dokumentationen.
Mit Deiner Expertise bietest Du bei Bedarf IT-Support für Anwender:innen und hilfst bei Störungen im Firmennetzwerk.

Bist du bereit?

Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. in Informatik) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss. Alternativ hast du deine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder ähnlich abgeschlossen.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Microsoft 365 und ERP-Systemen.
Du bist bereit, dich in die Administration von Salesforce einzuarbeiten.
Erfahrungen im Bereich Cybersecurity sind wünschenswert.
Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast Spaß daran, mit deinem analytischen Blick Lösungen zu entwickeln.
Du sprichst sehr gutes Englisch und bestenfalls Deutsch.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time IT System Administrator (m/f/d) at our location in Paderborn with the possibility of working remotely according to a hybrid working model as soon as possible.

Your mission

You will independently manage our Windows servers and clients as well as Active Directory and MS Office 365 tenants.You configure and set up our network infrastructure.
You will be responsible for setting up, installing and administering hardware and software, telephony and mobile devices as well as managing the associated contracts and software licenses.
You ensure the security of our system and data security through cybersecurity measures.
You actively support the configuration and maintenance of ERP systems and our CRM system Salesforce.
With your structured approach, you document processes and create user documentation.
With your expertise, you will provide IT support for users as required and help with faults in the company network.

Are you ready?

You have successfully completed a degree in IT (e.g. computer science) or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have completed your training as an IT specialist for system integration or similar.
You have at least 3 years of experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
You have knowledge in the use and customization of Salesforce.
Experience in cybersecurity is desirable.
You are a team player and enjoy developing solutions with your analytical eye.
You speak very good English and ideally German.

About us

At Unchained Robotics, we believe that for too long automation has been sold as rocket science, that it's been made needlessly complicated and more expensive. As a result, small and medium-sized companies have long hesitated to automate tasks that could have been automated 5, 10, or even 15 years ago. In a country where finding new workers - especially for repetitive manual tasks - has become supremely difficult, this has to stop.

We not only help customers find the right robots, grippers, and parts, but design, build, and deploy complete automation solutions. We'll accompany the client on either path: be it do-it-yourself, a turnkey solution, or something in between.
